Using Multiple Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 Microphones with the Solaro QR1/QR1-UC
The Solaro QR1 can support connection to up to two Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 (TCC2) microphones via Dante. Here's how to set up multiple microphones:
Setup Process
In Xilica Designer, drag two instances of the TCC2 module onto your Project View screen from the Component Library
Configure the first TCC2 module:
Right-click the module → Map Physical Device → Universal Control IP Setting → Setup IP Address
Enter the first TCC2's IP address and port number (default is port 45)
Use Sennheiser Control Cockpit to determine the device IP address
Configure the second TCC2 module:
Right-click the module → Map Physical Device → Universal Control IP Setting → Setup IP Address
Enter the second TCC2's IP address and port number
(We recommend using a port number greater than 10000)
Map both modules to their respective Dante ports:
Right-click → Map Physical Device → Dante Device Mapping
Select the appropriate Dante port based on the MAC address
Troubleshooting Dante Mapping
If Dante will not map correctly, verify:
The Dante IP address of the TCC2 in Control Cockpit
That the number of Dante input and output channels in the Lua driver exactly matches the I/O configuration of the microphone
