Loading a Pre-Designed Template to a Xilica Solaro Device

Xilica Solaro series DSP processors offer convenient pre-designed templates to jumpstart your project. Here are two simple ways to load these templates:

1. In Project View, drag a Solaro DSP module into your workspace

2. When the Device Option Configuration dialog appears:

   • Browse available pre-designed templates in the Select Design Template section

   • If no templates appear, click "Clear All Design Template Cache" > "Update All Design Templates"

   • Preview each design and read its description by clicking on it

3. Select your desired template and click Ok

4. Double-click the Solaro device to explore the loaded design

1. Right-click your Solaro device module in Project View

2. Select "Import Device Designs from Template"

3. Note: This will replace any existing design (save your work first if needed)

4. Preview available templates and their descriptions

5. Select your template and click Ok

6. Double-click the Solaro device to view your newly imported design
