Updating XC-SUB Firmware

Ensure your XC-SUB card receives the correct firmware by following this simple process.

Update Process

Locate your QR1 device in Network View
Right-click on the device tile
Select "I/O Card Update (All)" from the menu

This method allows Xilica Designer to:

Automatically detect all installed XC-SUB cards
Identify the hardware version of each card
Apply the appropriate firmware version

Best Practice

Always use the "I/O Card Update (All)" option rather than attempting to manually select firmware versions. This prevents compatibility issues and ensures each card receives its proper update.
