Running Diagnostic Tests on Solaro Devices

When troubleshooting potential hardware issues, Xilica provides diagnostic tools to help identify problems with Solaro processors.

Accessing the Diagnostic Test

  1. Open Xilica Designer

  2. Go to Device Setup

  3. Select the General tab

  4. Locate the "Download Diagnostic Test Result" option

Running the Test

  1. Click "Download Diagnostic Test Result"

  2. Save the generated file to your computer

  3. Send the file to support@xilica.com for analysis

Understanding Results

The diagnostic file contains a comprehensive assessment of your processor's health, with a summary at the end showing:

  • Pass/fail status for critical components

  • Detailed information about system performance

  • Technical data useful for Xilica's support team

Important Note

This diagnostic test should typically be run only when requested by Xilica Technical Support as part of a troubleshooting process.
