Troubleshooting USB Audio Connection to Xilica USB Card (XC-SUB) or Gio USB Network Endpoint

If you've established a proper physical connection between a USB audio device (such as a laptop) and a Xilica USB device, but are experiencing issues with:
No audio transmission or reception at the DSP
No mute or volume synchronization
The most likely cause is outdated USB card or Gio USB firmware.
To update USB card firmware:
Download the appropriate firmware from the Device Firmware Manager in Xilica Designer software
Right-click the associated DSP
Choose IO Card Update (All)

Choose Firmware update
