    • NeuPanel Touch V5.6.1
    • SiteManager V5.3.3

    New Features:

    • Added advanced power management capabilities to Sonia Amp device configuration to maximize output power while mitigating network switch PoE-port power reset.
    • Sonia Amp now supports PoE++ power input with approved PoE++ power injectors, increasing output power up to 4x10W. See Compatbility of PoE Power Delivery Devices for Xilica Products in support.xilica.com for an updated list of qualified PoE++ injectors.
    • Added ability for Xilica Designer to launch Xilica-defined project solution templates, made available in the near future.

    New Enhancements:

    • Added third party control capability to the Gio and Sonia product lines.
    • Dante error icon now appears when Dante error has been detected by Solaro DSP device.
    • Deprecated and removed non-Lua version of TCC2 driver in Xilica Designer, and replaced by Team Connect Ceiling 2 v3.0 (Lua) version. Note that the Camera Follow Me functionality will now be conducted using Solaro Controller and available in Designer Solution Templates.
    • Restored the "Boot Solaro device to recovery mode" option in the Advanced Device Management menu.
    • UI object control now allows Solaro Control input as well as UI control input at start up.
    • Enabled persistent parameter storage to the Lua scripting engine in Solaro Controller.
    • Added heat management capabilities to Solaro QR1 to enhance reliability.
      • Low speed fan now activates at 50 deg Celsius, and high speed fan at 60 deg Celsius
      • Added temperature notification and warnings to Solaro DSP device tile in Xilica Designer network view.
    • Added advanced diagnostic log capability and file retrieval for Solaro, Gio, Sonia and Lucia product lines.
    • Resolved Solaro DSP Linux OS Dropbear vulnerability (requires Solaro Linux OS update over USB to implement).
    • Improved capability of Gio Series and Sonia Amp to recover if Dante fails to initialize.
    • General stability enhancements for Gio Series, Sonia Amp and Lucia.
    • Updated Sonia Amp Device Configuration Dialog with audio active indication, ability to run loudspeaker health test, and display channel speaker status. Maintained channel selectable gain, however removed master gain to assist in preventing accidental network switch PoE-port power reset.

    Bug Fixes:

    • Resolved an issue where XTouchApp was not being detected as ONLINE when running on iOS 16.1 or later.
    • Addressed an error in the Lua driver parameter display, which caused invalid characters to be shown.
    • Fixed a bug on Gio, Sonia and Lucia devices that allowed configuration modifications even when the device was under password-protected mode.
    • Rectified a copy and paste bug on Lucia, which prevented all control items from being displayed correctly when copied to another new Lucia device.
    • Corrected an issue on Gio-BT devices where the name was not displaying proper ASCII data and instead showed up with a Hex value.
    • Resolved an issue where Lucia device control items could become unresponsive after the device had been operational for an extended period of time.
    • Fixed the GPIO card naming in the device network view. Now, a generic GPIO card will be used instead of always displaying the card as a GPIO Input card.
    • Upgraded the Solaro FR1 FPGA code to address a device bootup issue.
    • Gio-BT now allows the Bluetooth LED to turn red when the BT radio is disabled.

    Known Issues:

    • A PoE compatibility issue has been noted between Sonia Amp and certain TPLink PoE switches. To ensure proper operation of Sonia Amp, Xilica recommends only PoE-enabled network switches and injectors that have been Xilica qualified, and this list is located here: Compatbility of PoE Power Delivery Devices for Xilica Products
    • It is possible for the Solaro QR1 or FR1-D to get stuck in a boot cycle if Dante is configured for a static IP address and the unit is not connected to a Dante network. To avoid this issue, please ensure that the Solaro device is connected to a Dante network upon boot up.
    • When converting from a NeuConsole project file to Xilica Designer and the project file is password protected, the project file cannot be opened in Xilica Designer. As a workaround, remove password protection for the project file using NeuConsole before converting the file to for Xilica Designer use.
    • When opening a Solaro device for control in Network view, the preset trigger module configuration is not properly represented in the control panel (the control panel will always indicate preset trigger disabled).
    • When switching a Solaro DSP device from 48K to 96K sampling rate (or vice versa), the number of Dante I/O displayed in Dante View will not update to the new I/O configuration. Restart Xilica Designer to obtain the new Dante I/O configuration.
